Vantageworks Engineering was established to provide independent, objective testing and engineering assessment services. We bring deep technical expertise and practical experience to every project, without the conflicts of interest that can arise when testing is tied to product sales or regulatory approval processes.

Our work is grounded in a deep knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, all of our engineers hold engineering degrees with over 25 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry. This background spans product testing, design work, and operating within certification and compliance environments—giving us a comprehensive understanding of what clients need from testing services and how results fit into broader compliance and product development processes.

Dynamometer Expertise

For more than 20 years, we've been operating dynamometers—both engine dynos and chassis dynos—on a wide range of vehicles and engines. This experience isn't just about running equipment; it's about understanding the subtleties of accurate measurement, recognizing when results make sense, and knowing how test conditions affect outcomes.

E-bike testing is performed using a specialised Dynostar Ebike chassis dynamometer fully equipped for measuring speed behaviour and power output under controlled test condtions. The same principles of rigorous measurement and careful interpretation that apply to automotive testing apply equally to e-bike work. We don't cut corners, and we don't make claims we can't support with data.

Objective and Independent

We have no vested interest in your product passing or failing any particular test. We're not trying to sell you a product, and we're not positioned as a gatekeeper for regulatory approval. Our job is straightforward: measure accurately, report clearly, and provide engineering interpretation that helps you make informed decisions.

This independence is valuable. You get results you can trust, without worrying about whether the testing was influenced by commercial considerations or approval pressures.

What We Don't Do

We are not a NATA ISO 17025 or A2LA certification issuing body. We do not issue compliance certificates, regulatory approvals, or "certified compliant" statements.

What we do is provide you with accurate measurements and professional engineering assessment. Whether you're an e-bike owner checking if your bike meets legal limits, a retailer verifying supplier claims, an importer building documentation for market entry, or a workshop troubleshooting performance issues—we give you the data and analysis you need to make your own informed decisions.
